OEE Dashboard
Know exactly where you're losing production time — machine breakdowns, slow cycles, or quality rejects — with real-time Overall Equipment Effectiveness tracking.
What is OEE?
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) measures how effectively a machine or line is used, combining three factors into a single score: Availability × Performance × Quality. Most factories only find out their OEE at month-end, once it's too late to fix what caused it.
Availability
How much of the planned production time a machine actually ran, accounting for breakdowns and changeovers.
Performance
How close a machine ran to its ideal cycle time while it was running.
Quality
The share of output that met quality standards on the first pass, without rework or scrap.
What you get with InBooks24
Real-time OEE per machine and line
See availability, performance, and quality scores update live as production runs, not just at shift-end.
Downtime reason tracking
Log and categorize stoppages — breakdown, changeover, material shortage — to see where time is actually lost.
Shift-wise comparison
Compare OEE across shifts and operators to spot patterns that a single end-of-day number hides.
Trend reports over time
Track OEE improvement (or drift) week over week and month over month across your plant.
